It does wears shorter than it looks in the listing image - which I like because I was afraid it would be too long. There is an extender on the back and the slides at the front work independently and stay put. That gives lots of adjustability. I’ve been wearing it obsessively and it has held up well.

It's not a bad necklace but the picture makes it look like it is muuuuch longer than it truly is. I figured instead of finding a tape and measuring around my neck, I'd rely on the product promo pics because why on earth would they lie. Well, surprisingly, they do :\ The picture appears as if the end of the necklace dangles to the middle of the torso. Not even close. So disappointed in the false advertising.

I like the fact that it is a Lariat. It is very cheap looking, though.........the gold lacks luster and it looks like I got it from a bubble gum machine ! This is so cheap that it is not gifitable. Don't buy!I purchased a better one already !!
