Buyers remorse
I bought this item as a gift with delivery costs included. However it proved extremely difficult communicating with the courier. I never determined where the issue occurred - the courier feedback said delivery had bern attempted 3 times when In point of fact the recipient advised they’d been in home all day, and not been made aware of the arrival of the driver(?) at any rate - I had to cancel the order and subsequently re-placed the order on an alternative bespoke gift hamper service. Delivery took older without a hiccup in this second instance. Therefore I’m unable to recommend the courier (Amazon delivery?) in this singular instance or the item as it was unused on return.
