The 12 oz mugs are perfectly designed. Being that they are wider on the bottom, it keeps the mug in place without worrying about it tipping over. Because the inside of the mug is white, I was concerned that it would easily stain. Purchased it 8 months ago and it still looks brand new. The ceramic is of substantial weight and easy to hold. It is also lead-free. Packed well and was received in perfect condition.

The cup on the left (blue) has 8 ounces of liquid and the one on the right (orange) has 10 ounces of liquid. I wouldn't fill it to the 12 ounces that it holds because I'd be afraid of spillage, however 10 ounces is the normal amount of coffee we drink and 8 ounces of herbal tea. So, these cups are the perfect size for us.We also have short people with small hands and tall people with large hands in the household, everyone is able to use these mugs and think that the handle, cup, size, weight, is perfect.I wish the colors were more exciting for some of them, or maybe a pastel option. But they are still great the way they are.

My wife and I love these 12 oz coffee cups. They are smooth on the lips, well made, dishwasher and microwave safe and it says even oven proof. The colors are pretty. The shape is nice and they keep the coffee warm a bit longer than some cups I've used. This is the first product we've purchased from Sweese, and it's a winner.
