Must have for any coffee shop!! Just need to find a place to get the extra bags.

I just opened the box, and the bottom of the knock box has a piece of plastic chipped off. I'd return it, but I need it now. Still a nice knock box and I'm sure it works fine, just a bummer to have something not perfect out of the box.

I used this product for 4 weeks and the knock bar broke. I contacted the manufacturer and the said they will not send me a new part. So I spent over $100 to get 4 weeks of use out of this item. Poor quality knock box and poor customer service.

Images shown in description on height are accurate. This stands under my countertop and saves room on my counterspace. Very easy to lift and clean out, but sturdy enough that it doesn't tip over and cause a mess. It does come with trash bags and one cloth.

The top part had a little bit cracked off during shipping. Its a good concept, the design needs some work. When its time to dump the pucks, you can't just lift the tube to dump it because it lifts away from the bottom stand and all the grinds come out onto the floor. You have to pick up the whole thing by the bottom and dump it. It gets heavy when full. It would be better if the tube was attached to the bottom stand. I will definitely be gluing the bottom stand to the tube.

Make the same thing out of PVC tube for $50. Don’t buy this. It’s all just pvc fitted together with a cool hat that runs a bar across it. The bar will break eventually. Replace it with a skinny piece of PVC and it’s stronger than that bar they ship it with. Don’t spend the extra money, make it yourself.
