Caught two salmon!
Bought this plus the line to salmon fish on the Siuslaw river on the Oregon coast last week. I coupled this with a silver and chartreuse flat fish and caught my first fish just 10 minutes out. It took 2 hours, but I got a second salmon using same thing. Flat fish is bit up and the chartreuse is peeling, but the line held up!

So so.
I tried to lift 60 lbs of weight off the floor. It broke. Not the best for 100lb test line.I still use it, and have landed some large halibut with it.But I was expecting more than 60lbs.
