Works well for beginners. Compact and easy for my daughter to start her sewing journey! She loves it!

My daughter has been showing lots of interest and showing, and before I got down a big sewing machine I thought it would be good to test the waters with a smaller more compact version. This machine is great! Super simple to use with not many bells and whistles and nice and compact so she can keep it in her room and easily put it away when she’s not using it. BONUS the color is her favorite and so pretty! Threading the bobbin can be a little tricky but that’s hard for me to do on big sewing machines as well, so I think it’s prob user error! Overall a great little machine for a great price! Can’t wait to see all the fun projects my daughter makes with it!

I had a small DIY job that needed some sewing done but I had done it in along time and never had a Machine. I landed on this on Amazon but was skeptical to buy. When I eventually bought it and used it, I found it easy to get back my sewing skills. It is lightweight and small, makes it easy to pack and move it at round. It’s great for small jobs. The instructions were okay but could be better. I browsed videos for others machine and found applicable to this product as well.

Awful! Worked one time and never again. Threw the whole thing away. Don’t waste your money.

I live in a small space, and this machine is perfect. Very light weight, not a whole lot of bells and whistles, so it’s not a chore to store and pull back out as needed. I agree with others who say the length of the foot pedal cord is too short. This problem may have to be overcome with the pedal sitting up on a platform. The machine came with very basic use instructions, so startup was a little tricky, but there is good information on YouTube that gives some other tips and goes into more detail regarding what the machine is capable of. This machine is for light duty only!! Don’t expect to be able work with heavy, thick fabrics. Three layers of denim just about maxes out its efficacy. Just a suggestion: when not in use, keep the machine covered by a cloth or in a plastic bag tied up in order to protect it from dust which can quickly reduce its lifespan.

Bought based on beginner ease of use but the foot pedal broke within the first hour of using. Thankfully we could use the machine by the button. I could see this being very easy to use and for light sewing. Hopefully I just got a dud. We returned.

I have been sewing on and off for over 20 years. I'm no expert by any means, but I can complete advanced projects. This little machine is perfect for small projects, beginners, and those not looking to spend hundreds on a new machine. It's perfect for part-time use and small spaces. Sewing machines are an investment based on skill and project volume. I have small projects to work on, and probably won't be sewing more than 5 times per year. At that rate, a bigger and more expensive machine would be a waste This machine has a built in cutter, work light, and can wind bobbins. The stitch is consistent and turns out great! This is everything you could ask for in a machine and a quarter the price of what I would expect to pay. I was looking at smaller ones, but this one was worth it.

I hadn’t used a sewing machine since like 7th grade, but my 7 year old daughter was interested in learning to sew. I purchased this as a machine that she could learn on, and to do really simple things. One project I had been meaning to do was to cut larger cloth napkins into fourths to make mini-napkins, since that would be an easier size for my kids to use. Even though I don’t really remember how to use a sewing machine, this machine was super simple to set up and use. My daughter was even able to help me sew one of the napkins. I was really surprised by how light and compact the machine is, and I love this cute color.
