Had I read the label on the backside, I would not have bought this item. It says it has maltodextrin added in with the pomegranit, which maltodextrin is always a key word the industry uses to hide MSG. MSG tricks the brain into believing a product tastes good, and also causes many people severe issues, which it does to me as well. The sole reason why MSG is not listed on labels, but hidden under at least 64 different keywords, is because the manufacturers they would lose a major amount of sales if the label stated MSG was used in the product, as there are far too many people who have experienced the health issues associated with that product. I neglected to get it sent back, so had to throw it out, as I will not give anyone else something I consider highly toxic. In my view, there is no excuse to put MSG in a product ever, other than to do so with intent to harm. I read all labels in the local stores, yet failed to do so here. Won't make that mistake again.

I liked the price and I understand that it's my fault for not reading the label more closely, but I expect 100% healthy food from brands such as this one and this powder contains maltodextrin. I did a little research on it and it turns out this is a starchy powder with high glycemic index, usually is highly processed which is not the kinda "healthy" I was going for when purchasing this product.

As I cut open the package, all the powder spilled all over creating a mess. This is really unacceptable as the place between the zipper and the top of the package where I cut apparently has pomegranate powder present. They should pay more attention in how the package is sealed so the same thing doesn't happen. it is rather upsetting having to clean up the sticky mess on the floor and around the countertop.

This super food powder is great for smoothies but can be sprinkled on other food for some extra zest.

I use this in my facial masks as well as in smoothies. It's a very nice fine powder.

This is best raw powder fruit not from juice powder

I would have not bought this product if I knew it had Maltodextrin in it ingredients. Besides it being a preservative, it also has 20% or less sugar content.Last it is derived from Corn Syrup.
