When these first arrived, I was a little worried that they wouldn’t be as fluffy as in the product picture. They were packed tightly, with all the stems pushed down like a pancake. However, I placed them outside for a few hours, and also lightly pulled the branches to help them unflatten. This really helped, and after those few hours they had fluffed up considerably.I then placed them in a large vase, and over the past few days I’ve noticed them fluffing a bit more as weight pulls the stems down. Overall, I’m really happy with the look.These do shed when you’re fluffing them or placing them in the vase. Left alone, untouched, I’ve noticed no shedding. We have these in a high traffic area of our home on the staircase landing too.They do look a little more gray in reality versus the product photo. This actually worked out better for me, but something to keep in mind if you want more of a cream color.Overall, highly recommend!

I loved them got them for my daughter vintage party but also got to keep for decor at my home .

The grass came well packaged in a sturdy box. I had no issues with breakage. I followed the directions that came with it and had no issues, shook them out, left them outside in the sun for about 2 hrs and sprayed with hairspray after and they fluffed up just enough. I really love the look of it. I thought it would be more grayish but it's more of a beige with hints of gray, which I still really like!! The vase I had was the perfect size for them and I've already gotten compliments! Would definitely recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  So I was redoing my living room and wanted some neutral colors and simple but sophisticated look. I’ve searched for pampas grass and this was by far the best place to buy. Exactly what I saw is what I received. The package was delivered on time, was as described, beautiful I need to leave mine out in the sun a bit more but looks amazing. Also going to use hair spray. I was impressed with the overall service. Will definitely buy again. If you’re looking for pampas grass this is where you should buy from.

Ordered the 6 tall natural stems, only received 5 stems and 2 of them came broken in half. They are soft but missed the mark because I didn’t receive what I payed good money for, and the product came damaged.

Product arrive with one of the branches broken! As I tried to shake to fluff up feathers other small branches were breaking off.

They were not as fluffy as I thought they would be even after following instructions. Also two of the plumes came broken
