Everyone complaining about the price for 1 tube…it’s because it’s rare now as Arm & Hammer made a terrible decision and stopped making this toothpaste! If you love this (and you should, it’s the BEST toothpaste and I’ve been a devoted fan for at least 10 years), PLEASE write to the manufacturer to ask them to start making this again!

My dentist brought to my attention that hydrated silica can be too abrasive in some toothpastes especially 'organic', naturally marketed pastes..if u must use anything else, then make sure it is ADA approved as the levels of that ingredient should be safe. Most if not all of the toothpaste market and any tube you will find will likely list it on the ingredients list, but much to my surprise this is the only toothpaste out there without it after many hours or searching. Arm and hammer was recommended for the baking soda as it is cleanlier and gentler on teeth than most of the other 'harsh' chemicals combined with flouride that are also in most toothpastes. Do your research-this one ranked 35 at one of the lowest abrasive pastes to preserve our enamel on some compiled lists online in the RDA index. Not all pastes are the same, the very same brand of any one could range vastly from low to extremely high.(FDA limit is 250) note that hydrated silica is an added abrasive but the levels may not be known. Baking soda is also an abrasive but way gentler and with the added benefit of balancing the mouth for optimum hygiene. At least I can feel better about this one not wondering if the paste is too harsh-it also tastes very mild and only a hint of mint and more on the sweet side. It's a very pleasant sweet paste without the typical overbearing mint burn. And leaves teeth feeling fresher than the average paste. Brushing satisfaction!

I've been searching for a baking soda toothpaste after they changed the Arm & Hammer Complete Care to a different formula. The new formula didn't get my teeth clean. This one cleans my teeth even better than the Arm & Hammer Complete Care old formula did. I can't even taste the baking soda. Even if I did, I'd still use it. This has a neutral taste and gets my teeth so clean. Doesn't make my teeth sensitive either. I don't really care if it whitens, so if it does, that's a bonus. If they quit making this toothpaste, I'll be so upset. This stuff is awesome!!

What I DID NOT LIKE WAS THE HIGH PRICE OF $20.00 for JUST 1 tube!!!!But I was out needed it is THERE THUS SAME TOOTHPASTE I ordered w like several to a pack ???INSTEAD OF ONE RUBE FOR 20.00 ???
