The 10 licences are not for 10 full versions of Ultimate but certain functions require a separate license, such as VPN. Its still well worth the cost.

Great product, but beware it's not an emailed license and still requires a man in a van to deliver the license card.

I had been using a Free copy of AVG on my Old XP Box for years which refused to die so i just left it on my Network acting as a Media Server very successfully for years. I always found the AVG gave me good protection - and it was Free with Current Updates! With the recent Demise of Bullguard i had been forced back (without choice) to Norton who acquired them, who without Consultation or Agreement jumped on all of my six boxes on my Network, Uninstalled my Bullguard completely from my Hard Drive and Installed the great Drayhorse in the Sky completely covertely. I quit Norton years ago due to the Overhead it creates on your available RAM and their ridiculous auto-renewal quadrupling the price of it!! A True Drayhorse Slogger! I then tried a five version copy of McAfee which completely hung when trying to install the second of five licences. Full of Alarming "Dark Web" messages?? WAW! My email apparently is on the Dark Web? Wasn't me Gov!! Enough to frighten a Basic user half to Death? McAfee for me tries to be "Too Clever" and fails dismally. The UI with all the Smiley Silly Faces and then Dark Web Alarms put me right off, the Speed of the Full Scan was Truly Drayhorse! Lets have a plod! It looks more like Watchtower to me. Not good - not Returneable Amazon!! I decided to take an in-Depth look at AVG Ultimate 10 Licence copy which was £8.99 - based on my previous experience, which had been very good. AVG eminates from CZech Republic is in fact loosely connected in the Norton Group but still very independent of that. It came next day, posted. Very simple Installation, No Frills. It just Installs. The Modules are Contained in one Screen, you can move around and do what you require very much more Intuitively. Far Better UI design and Far more Configurable, has an Excellent Toolset. Really Effective. I ran a Test - I downloaded 1 Bank Statement into my Download Folder and then moved it to an Obscure Folder on my Hard Drive. AVG Found it very rapidly, Excellent warning system and then applied the AVG Protection. Very Impressed! The Full System Scan ran more than ten times quicker than McAfee. I am one who likes to run Scans when I want to and watch progress myself. Bullguard was very strong in this area also. Cook your Tea, have a chat, go down the Pub and McAfee will still be Running it's Scan. The worse i have ever encountered. All Frills, Fancy screens and precious little else. Once i had Uninstalled it - it left a whole bunch of Files Running in Memory which left its dirty footprints all over my System - explain that McAphee? It took me a while to remove from my System based on quite a lot of knowledge of Windows 10 at Admin Level to get rid!!!! Sorry all you McAfee users - like Sport it is just opinions. Mine is based on a lot of experience. For me, without doubt AVG looks the best value, more User Friendly, Intuitive and very Configurable. So far, very impressed and easily in my opinion the BEST VALUE OUT THERE IN INTERNET SECURITY AND TOOLSET!

Great software, easy to use.

I have BT internet with Nor..n included in my monthly price plan It is a good antivirus and protection program, but it is really awquad and long-winded to download onto multiple pc and Android devices. So much so that I have had to look at other stand alone programs. Of all those I opted for AVG, because it offers so much more than what comes with my BT package, for a really great price. Not only do you get an antivirus package, you also get a VPN, tools to keep your PC in tip top condition and other features too. And it is so easy to set up on your PC and other devices. All my PCs and phone are fully protected for around less than 20 quid... absolutely great...easy to use too! A genuine purchaser and review.

I had avg free on my devicesAll I had to do was go to the upgrade tab on the avg icon and used got a code and it loaded immediatelyI only got it yesterday but have added 4 devices which was straight forwardI will be addi g more devices soon

Have been using Kaspersky for years but decided not to renew with them and try something different. Pleasantly surprised to see the efficiency of AVG which works effectively in the background without slowing up my computer, as did the other make. Also the licence I purchased covers up to 10 systems including phones and ipads, so represents very good value for money

PC so slow now. Stop AVG operating and PC runs brilliantly. VPN takes an age to load, if at all. AVG have no idea who I am as purchase of software was from Amazon. Account doesn't show up on AVG neither does the subscription. Don't expect any assistance if things go awry...Avoid.
