I had this camera for about a month as I work in a bedroom with poor light, it started to go off randomly then stopped working after a few days.The clip that holds the camera to the monitor is flimsy and the cord if bumped even slightly will cause the light to droop or pop off. I spent more time correcting the light then it actually being turned on before it stopped working.

I livestream on Twitch and was in need of a light source from the front that could accommodate. Light in my room varies from really bright to really dark and I only have my light source from behind.This little light didn't have an reviews yet so I wanted the next person that buys it to get a good feel for it before they take a chance.It is USB-C to USB-C but it comes with an adapter for USB-A.You don't need to put batteries in it and it comes with a webcam style mount. There's a lack of these webcam style mounts which I really wanted. You can adjust the brightness and it comes with white and beige lights which you can use one or the other or both.I'll post an update in a month or so and tell more later!

I was looking for an alternative to the lights that attach to your laptop by suction cup. Many reviewers say they tend to fall off. This unit has a well-designed bracket that hangs off of the laptop lip and supports itself by resting on the back of your screen. You attach the light to the bracket, and it's adjustable to give you the best angle for lighting. The controls are intuitive and easy to get used to, and the entire unit is well-built. There are many, many of these types of lights available these days and it was not easy to pick one. This unit is apparently new on the market and did not have any reviews yet, but I took a chance and am glad I did. Recommended.

I have been trying to find effective lighting for zoom conference calls for months trying several circle lights, room lights, etc. nothing really worked. I bought this on a whim, hoping against hope it might work. I was afraid it would over heat which was a complaint often found against similar items. I bought it and when my husband went to get one they were all gone. It doesn’t overheat, has several settings, sits very nicely on the computer and I can easily move it to any place on top of the computer. It is such a relief to find something. The settings are great and afford both warm and cool light together, or separately. Highly recommend.

With the current shift to online meetings as a dominant business practice, I've been looking for a light that would 1) clip onto the top of my monitor, 2) did NOT use a suction cup mount (reviewers tend to report they fall off), and 3) that was adjustable for brightness and temperature. This light met all the requirements, provides an excellent level of fill light, and significantly improves my image.I found that the overall construction was excellent, and the included cable with adapter exceeded my expectations. Clearly the manufacturer focused on quality. Granted, there are cheaper alternatives out there - but this works, works well, and will continue to work for a very long time. The only possible 'nit' I found is that the monitor clip is a little loose. It works well as is, and the light stays in the position I place it. I just would have preferred a little tighter hinges.
