I have high arches but these inserts are HIGH arches. In hind sight I should have bought the medium arches. I’m still wearing them but am looking for something different since they are so high it’s uncomfortable.

For what I wanted, this insole has just enough arch support, just enough cushion, is flexible, seems durable, is easy to cut to fit. A bit more expensive than the other insoles I've used, but overall excellent. Can recommend it, and will buy again.

You can never go wrong with Spending inserts! I use them and finally got my husband to try them. He is hooked now too. They last a long time so they are durable and a great value for your money. Everyone should have at least one pair!
