Gator Molded PE 2U 19.25 inch Deep Rack Case with Front/Rear Rails and Locking

Its a box, what more can be said. Came quick and was packaged nicely. Strong and sturdy, however the catches seem a little pathetic compared to the box its self, but they hold the lids on okay, especially with the added lock for reassurance. Only reason its lost a star is cause on mine the rails aren't lined up straight, only out by 2 mill or so, but it means my units are on a very slight angle, and i can see a small gap at the top which annoys me to look at ahah. Other than this, its great!

Brought this for a Hartke LH500 bass head as carrying two of them in a 4U case gets heavy.The deep version allows me to leave power and speaker cables plugged in when in transitNot overly impressed with the hinges and hooks on the lids but it’s better than an amp with no sleeve.Just brought another one for the back up

The threaded insert for the rack mounting screws is a strip of metal with very weak double sided tape holding it to the back of the frame. When the screws are removed for mounting equipment the threaded plate(s) fall off. If mounting a single 3u unit there is no way of holding the threaded insert plate(s) in place. Ended up using epoxy to fix the plates in place long enough to get the screws started. Would have expected better for the price. Perfect size for holding a X32 Rack mixer.

Item was good but too large for my needs. Booked in a next day collection with Hermes....still waiting to be collected over a week later....
