Dependable product
My go-to for homemade jams & jellies. Allows using less sugar than standard pectin which I prefer. I also find that it gives nice firm set. Much more cost effective buying in the bulk size instead of individual pkgs.

Did what it was supposed to do.
This is the first time I've used this product. I made blueberry jelly with very little sugar. The recipe called for 1/2 cup; I used 1/4 cup and added a teaspoon of cinnamon. It firmed up nicely and I've been enjoying it all week. I only made enough for one week, so I'll be making strawberry jelly for next week. Glad I found this. I much prefer this fresh, low-sugar jelly over store bought. I'll buy this again.

DOES NOT ARRIVE IN TWO DAYS
Product great, but don't believe the 'two day shipping'....got everything ready the night before to make about 24 pints of jam, then this did not arrive until 5 days later! totally blew my schedule out of the water, ended up freezing the blackberries.
