How do you contact them for warranty replacement ?

In the upper right corner of the Amazon website, click-on your Account & Lists. A panel will drop down that has 3 columns: A Buy-It-Again List, Your Lists, Your Account. Under the far right column called Your Account, click-on Orders. This will open up a list of all of your previous orders. Scroll-down to the order you placed for the Yeuligo Torch Lighter. Click-on the button in the upper right hand corner of the order record that is labeled 'Get Help.' This will open a messaging portal to contact the seller about exercising the warranty.

Yes, it is very safe. The 7.6in long neck design of the torch lighter protects your hands far away from burns. but do not touch the head position immediately after use, the top part is very hot.
