Purse King Magnum Concealed Carry Crossbody Handbag Gun Purse & Shoulder Bag with Adjustable Strap

I purchased a Purse King Magnum concealed carry purse for my wife's birthday. It arrived very quickly and my wife loved it. After only a few times of using the purse, my wife noticed that the zipper had broke and shortly after that the stitching started coming undone on one of the pockets. I immediately checked the warranty listed with Purse King and I also started reading more of the other buyers reviews. I came across a couple reviews that stated that Purse King had horrible customer service and no one would respond back to them. This did not give me a very warm and fuzzy feeling. I figure it was a lost cause, but I sent an email to the company anyway. To my surprise, shortly after I sent the email I received a response back. I will not use her name, but the gal that responded back to me was polite and very professional. She apologized for the issues with the purse and stated that Purse King was a small family owned business and their customers were very important to them. She gladly offered to replace the purse, I was just going to have to wait awhile. I was like ok, here is where I get the run around. She went on to explain that they had discovered a couple design flaws with the Magnum style purses and she was not going to send me another defective purse. They had an all new design, but the new purses were still being manufactured. I told her that I was willing to give their company a chance to make things right. The gal told me told me that my wife would receive her new redesign Magnum purse in the later part of April 2017. After the exchange of emails between Purse King and myself, I thought that I just got the worst case of smoke blown up my butt and boy was I a sucker! Well let me tell you, I was completely wrong and that gal kept her word to me. In the last week of April a package arrived and in the package was a completely redesigned Magnum concealed carry purse. My wife was very happy and she noticed the changes to the purse immediately. I would like to say to the gal from Purse King, simply THANK YOU! You gave some of the best customer service that my wife and I have ever had dealing with an online purchase. One more thing, to the people that said this company had no customer service. Maybe you should review the attitude that you used toward the people at Purse King, while trying to get your customer service. Sometimes a little patience goes along way with a small business, rather than being demanding and rude. I don't know if I will continue to be a life time customer, but I know my wife will!

First let me say I really wanted to like this bag and at first I did with a few caveats and some modifications (I'll get to that later)Pros:Loved the built in card holder and eliminating the need for a walletZippers have held up wellShoulder strap stays in placePlenty of pocketsAccessible zipper pocket for CCWCons:Too small - It would be a decent size if most of the body of the purse wasn't consumed by the CCW. I carry a Walther PK380 and while it's not small, it's still fairly compact.CCW pocket: So for this being advertised as a CCW purse it is lacking in so many aspects key to serving that purpose. 1. The pocket is just that, a zipper compartment. There is no holster, nothing to retain the pistol, nothing to keep it from sliding all over the place and this makes for a clumsy process when trying to draw your pistol. If you can't efficiently draw then there is no point in CCW. I purchased a generic holster without belt clip and added Velcro to the holster and inside of the compartment. This now allows me to draw the pistol out of the holster and purse simultaneously. No matter how you choose to carry, you should practice draw and fire from your daily carry preference at a range to ensure it works for you. 2. It's in the middle of the main body of the bag and makes it incredibly difficult to fit much more in there at all (good thing it has the card holder because a wallet wouldn't fit).Pockets: While there seems to be plenty, they are (again) mostly unusable when CCW is stored in compartment.Exterior: It is a nice looking purse at first glance. It seemed liked it would hold up. The zippers have held up well but after 3 months the "leather" on the outside is peeling pretty badly on all edges and corners and it just looks worn out.For the price paid I did expect better, especially being advertised as it was. If I had know that this was going to be so lacking in space AND need modification to even work safely as a CCW option I would have gone a different route. I am now ordering a different bag for half the price with the expectation of modifying it for my needs. I wouldn't recommend this item again and wouldn't buy it again myself. Always always test your CCW preference at the range and return any item that doesn't allow you to safely carry and access your pistol when needed.

It’s soft and the shoulder strap is comfortable. Room for a lot of things

I've had this about a year now. It's light weight. Held my .38, wallet, keys, lip gloss, insurance cards. Has plenty of room. After about 6 months the little things that are like wire that "shape" it started coming out. I still love this purse. I actually was looking for 1 smaller. I learned this one also holds. Diapers, wipes, phone, wallet, keys. You name it lol. Just wish it was more sturdy.

This purse is very pretty (I bought the Burgandy). It seems to be well made and I have no problem fitting my essentials in it. I have tried MANY different items for concealed carry (holsters, camisoles, purses, etc) and this purse surpasses anything I have tried. I love that it is a crossbody bag so that my hands can be free and I feel it is a bit more secure. A couple reviewers described it as being “heavy.” That is true, it takes a little getting used to but I believe that anything you are using to carry is going to be somewhat heavy. I went on short hikes with it a couple times now and I am used to the feel and don’t even notice it anymore. All the compartments are zippered except for one and that is a phone pocket that has a snap. My iPhone doesn’t easily fit in the pocket so I put it elsewhere in the bag, it’s not a make/break deal for me. All in all it’s a great bag that I am happy with and I will be ordering it in an additional color.
