Update and new review. Total turn around. I have contacted the seller who responded very quickly and replaced faulty items. Quite unexpectedly, morning doorbell woke me up and here they are - new goblets with no issues! That was really quick and professional response. Hence, I change the mark from 1 to 5 stars and I recommend this seller (and product because the gobles, when not damaged, are really nice!).Old review (I leave it for reference, if you are in similar situation just contact the seller, they do very good job):"Some goblets arrived chipped and have air bubbles trapped which spoils the way the looks. The chipped ones can't be used. Disappointing."

I've just witnessed a bizarre incident with one of these glasses. A full glass of water was being held around the top by my son, when the bottom half of the glass literally fell off! If I hadn't been standing right in front of him at the time I would have accused him of making it up. Particularly odd, because the bottom of the glass fell on to the hard tiled floor of our kitchen and didn't even sustain a tiny chip in the process. I can only conclude that they're strong enough to drop, but not strong enough to hold water – which defies any kind of normal logic.I only bought these 6 weeks ago, but Amazon's return period for this particular product is only 30 days. So I've been totally let down by this lack of customer service, and there's no option for me to get my money back. Which isn't what I normally expect from Amazon.If someone from Amazon would like to contact me about this, then I'd be more than happy to send them the defective glass back for scientific analysis, as this really shouldn't happen.

I ordered a set of four tall tumblers as nicer to have”/not everyday glasses. I loved the way they looked and they arrived in good shape but unfortunately after a couple of uses (sadly past the return date), cracks appeared on some of the lines near the mouth (see photo) on two of the glasses. The cracks are not big, but you can feel them on your lips if you drink on the side of the glass where they’re at so I don’t think I’ll keep using them. It’s a shame as they’re really nice looking otherwise -I was actually about to buy the short tumblers too from the same line but I think I’m gonna go for something else now, probable something smoother/flat at least around the mouth area.

Nice to come across glasses of such a good size, as all my family prefer long drinks, not the standard juice size. The glass is good ol fashioned thick, not fragile like you get nowadays. The colours are stunning especially when the light reflects off them.

Loved the jewel colours but it’s a bit like drinking out of a jar due to the thickness of the glass. I will probably use them as vases instead.
