Found to be very mild
I use this to flavoured potato wedges it was very nice but I didn’t think it was at all hot it could be used to give flavour to lots of dishes it’s gluten-free vegan and chemical free and it has no artificial flavours and it’s free from synthetic dye at£5.75 for 130 grams it’s quite expensive that works out at £44.23 per kilo

TASTES GOOD – BUT FIERY
I tried this seasoning sprinkled directly onto some crisps in a bag last night as a simple taste test – and ‘WoW’ – glad I had a glass of cold cola beside me as I was surprised how spicy it was.I think I sprinkled a bit too much in the bag and should have shaken the bag a bit more – some of the crisps were too well coated and decidedly fiery.I can’t complain about the actual taste – I did like that - but for me it was just a touch too much for my palate – but I did enjoy the lingering after-taste it left in my mouth. Our two daughters love making spicy food dishes so they will appreciate using this to create their favourite spicy chicken dishes. It deserves a fiery 4 star for sheer quality of taste and the jar is also good quality with two handy flip up openings – but you have been warned – have a cool drink close to hand.

Smells nice but only the kick no spice flavours come through in the taste
This certainly looked the part and smelled nice on opening.Thought I would use it on the blandest thing possible potato chips ready made from frozen.I gave them a generous coating and took a friends advice of adding before cooking to bring out the spices rather than use as a salt. The look was good giving a golden orange sprinkling over each chip. Sadly all I got was the chip flavour with a kick in back of the throat no spice mix was tasted. So I shall not be recommending this above a pot of chilli powder which is far cheaper.

Best for cooking with not sprinkling on after cooking.
I like this as a marinade on chicken, I mix with a little oil and mix over raw chicken then cook. Its quite spicy but not too hot(I don't like hot spices) its very flavoursome. Its good mixed in with tinned tomatoes to create pasta dishes, add to coconut milk for creamy curries. It's not something I'd use to sprinkle on a meal at the table but it's definitely great for adding to cooking. I love to use my slow cooker to cook dried beans, adding a teaspoon of this powder to the mixed dried beans as they cook would be gorgeous as a base for a mixed spicy bean casserole. If you add to homemade breadcrumbs it would make a great crispy coating to your chicken, meat or veg. I make home chicken nuggets by costing chicken pieces with couscous, adding a small amount of this peri peri would make them even tastier.I'm happy to recommend this tub of spice.

Tasty but not much of a kick
I enjoy a peri peri masala addition to my food, so was looking forward to trying this spice mix. I used it on my french fries and thought that it definitely added to the french fries taste and I enjoyed them much more with the peri peri seasoning than without. My only issue is that I was expecting a bit more of a spicy hit from this seasoning mix but found that it didn’t have much of kick to it. I still really enjoyed it and will definitely be using it regularly on my food.

Tasty peri peri masala
It is a very light bottle made of very light plastic and price-wise I don't see any gain it is almost the same price you pretty much get from anywhere. The taste is good. I use peri-peri masala in many things it just makes it tastier. Especially with blended food. It's a 130-gram bottle and maybe in some places, it can be bought maybe fifty pence cheaper.I have no complaint about this masala. It is tasty and nice.

Nice seasoning
This is a nice seasoning and not too strong. I have used it mixed it with a chicken sauce and added it to mayonnaise to have with prawns and each time it has just made an ordinary dish that bit more interesting. The spice mix is a comparable price with other similar products. It does come in a plastic jar rather than a glass jar which may be a consideration for some.

Go to go with lamb chop
The bottle is big, peri peri massage powder are finely grounded. The cap has two parts to choose, either sprinkle mode or large amount to pour. I use it on lamb chop as marinate, taste so good.
