With the earmuffs being a little bit thicker and being made with different material than the G9000 it feels fitted to your face in a comfortable way.• When you put the headset on it feels like a perfect fit. With the adjustable head band, the memory foam earmuffs, and the memory foam in the head band it equates to a perfect fit for hours upon hours of use.Design:• The design of the G9900 looks good and feels good. It’s like a slick design with a nice matte finish to it.• The LED’s of this headset is red and they complement the overall design of the headset really well.• The length of the cable is longer than the G9000.• The mic controls for the headset are located behind the left earmuff instead of on the cable itself. I like this approach towards the design because you want have to worry about the bulky mic controls getting in the way of your intense gaming sessions, it want feel like the headset is wearing you down, or worry about it getting hung onto something. The controls are in a very easily accessible spot and out of the way so you don’t have to worry about any hassle.• The mic is flexible meaning you can control where the mic should be for better audio quality of picking up your voice and your voice being clear to others when in use.Sound:• The sound quality is a step up from the G9000. It has 3D surround sound where you feel emerged in what you’re listening to. The sound quality really balances out each individual sound in order to make the 3D effect of the sound going through the headset.• The bass in the G9900 is more define than it was in the G9000 headset. You really do hear the impact of each defining sound which immerses you in the mood of gaming, listening to music, and etcetera to make each experience of using the G9900 unique.Conclusion:In conclusion the G9900 is a step above the G9000 in every aspect. Good headset for the price. Can’t beat it.

IMPORTANT NOTE for anyone who is buying this to use with their Xbox: this headset will NOT work properly with wired aftermarket controllers. If you're using an aftermarket controller, make sure that it is a WIRELESS controller; otherwise, your headset will cause a loud incessant buzzing for all of your hearers, rendering your headset practically unusable for chatting. This is caused by the direct electrical connection between your headset to the Xbox.From what I've seen online, this is a non-issue for factory-made Microsoft wired controllers. So if you have an original controller not made by a third party, your controller should be properly compatible with this headset, whether it's wireless or not. Unfortunately, I can't test this.If you are not planning on using the microphone and just want to use the headset for sound alone, it works well enough. It's not great sound, but for the price, it's definitely not bad, either. You get what you pay for. Either way, the stereo surround sound will still give you better situational awareness for first-person shooters than if you had no headset at all.There's plenty of padding and they're comfortable enough to wear for short periods of time. However, I believe the size of my cranium is a bit larger than average -- not to brag, or anything :) -- and the headphones are a bit tight around my head, so I can't go longer than 45-60 minutes before I just have to take a break.Since I only have an aftermarket wired controller and can't use this for my xbox, I decided to keep it for my pc instead. People seem to hear me clearly enough and haven't complained about buzzing or anything like that. I have owned it for about a month and I haven't had much other issue with it to speak of.

Product isn't meant for use every day apparently. Hadn't had for even a year and the headband part where it meets the ear phone; the plastic has cracked and broken. Seems it can't handle being taken on and off each day. It works pretty well as far as sounds and mic, however it doesn't hold up as far as everyday use. Back to using my ear buds because the bengoo headset falls right off if I move my head at all because the part right where it extends completely cracked and finally broke. My personal experience is probably a rare one, besides that issue it did the job fine.

This is the third pair of Bengoo headsets that I have purchased. I use them for my home office. I was so impressed with the first set that I use for my office that I purchased another for my wife’s office. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions we are both working at home. My work had provided me headphones and a mic that only covered one ear and it was very hard to wear for long periods of time and would even give me a headache on long meeting days. These are very comfortable for long meetings and have noise reduction so that the ambient noise of my house doesn’t bother me.I now purchased this new headset for my son and his gaming and music entertainment so he wouldn’t have to steal my office phones. He says they are a very good gaming headset and that the microphone is good and when he plays on-line his friends can hear him very well. He can plug in the USB and they light up which makes him look very cool. Note that the USB light is not in any way required except for esthetics and are not required for general use. He also said that they are great for listening to music and have great sound.I would highly recommend these headphones. I have been using the G9900 for 7 months and love them and now they have this new and improved model. I have been recommending them to my co-workers and now I recommend them to you. You will love this headset. They are very well built and come at a very reasonable price.Enjoy!

Kids are rough and the cord attached to the headset itself will get damaged easily by rough treatment, so can't recommend for kids unless YOU help to take care of it. I have one for myself and no problems. Sound is not the best but for the price I wasn't expecting Bose sound. It's adequate for casual gaming.

Sono estremamente soddisfatto di queste cuffie.Avendo più postazioni da gioco in casa, fino a poco fa spostavo ogni volta le cuffie in base a dove dovevo utilizzarle.Finalmente mi sono deciso a prendere un nuovo paio di cuffie e queste sono veramente ottime, migliori delle mie precedenti.Per prima cosa sono molto comode, parametro per me fondamentale, visto che con alcune dopo poco ho dolore alle orecchie e sono costretto ad interrompere.poi, oltre quello, hanno un ottimo sound, soprattutto con dei bassi spettacolari.insomma, sono estremamente soddisfatto dell'acquisto e lo consiglio a chi è alla ricerca di ottima qualità a prezzo accettabile.
