Delighted with this product! It's very simple to use, and it does exactly what it's intended to, i.e. light and thick foams, and warm milk. It's also very quick and easy to wash and have ready for the next delicious cuppa! 👏👏😀

I bought this as a replacement from a store branded frother that broke after around 7 months. This has been an improvement in every single way.- Non stick coating for easier cleaning- the device is very tall, which means even when you fill it to the maximum line, it doesn't spray milk all over the lid (allowing cleaning to be easy)- There is a speaker to beep when the milk is readyThe airy foam setting is indeed correct, the froth has come out very light. It also works with Oat milk. I put in a regular carton of Alpro Oat milk and it frothed it no problem, while my previous frother only frothed up barista oat milk (which is usually more expensive and not on offer in supermarkets)Couldn't be any happier to be honest

The 4 settings provide different qualities of frothed milk to suit most tastes. I bought it expecting it to not do I what I really wanted (that is to make Barista quality frothed milk), but I have to say it does. The plus is that you get the same froth and temperature time, after time, after time, so it's even better than hand-steamed milk. I would give this little beauty 10 stars if I could.

It stopped working after the Amazon 30 day return period so I contacted the manufacturer and never got a response. It doesn't heat up the milk anymore. Very disappointed- waste of money.
