Fits like a glove
Nicely made cover that fits the Hess like a glove. Only thing they could improve is a slit with velcro to allow you to use the cover with the hose still connected on the side.

The fit is just right. Nice opening for the handle. It will keep the weather from destroying the swamp cooler.
