This bag provides a large portion, only need a little for a cup of tea. I even shared some w/ my sister-in-law. Kids love the effects. The taste is mild but if you put too much (which you don't need) it can become heavy on the earthiness. So many recipes for using this tea. Worth the purchase.

I've been searching for really fresh (but dried obviously) BPF for a long time now, none of the most popular brands on Amazon really do it for me. Then you have to make sure you aren't buying food coloring, which most of the BPF on Amazon have added. This brand has really fresh looking flowers, and they're dried almost crispy, like almost freezedried. They are very potent with excellent coloring and that fresh spinach flavor that you get from BPF when they're fresh. I'll definitely order these again. Please don't become too popular and drive up the price though!! If you aren't using BPF daily, you are way behind in life.

Be on the alert! I poured some of these lovely flowers in to a coffee mug of water and microwaved it for a few minutes before cooling to add to the blender as part of my green smoothie. Thank God I found this small plastic packet before it was pulverized in the blender! And I’ve found still another one in the bag - so you may want to look closely when doling out because it’s easily camouflaged among the dried flowers and rich blue color of the tea. (I’ve now transferred the remaining dried flowers to a clear zipper storage bag.). Other than that - I do love the tea!

These are potent, organic butterfly pea flowers form Thailand. When I say potent, I mean the color is RICH and the flavor and effects of this tea are strong. It's very relaxing and actually induced intense dreams for me. Highly recommend this over other brands. The flavor was strong and you can tell these are fresh dried.

This product is unique. I use it to make simple syrup and blue ice cubes. It really amps up a cocktail.I usually leave out the word “Pea” in case it’s misunderstood. lol.

• Bright blue tea! I use 10 flowers in my small tea pot strainer (one serving), pour hot water over them, and let steep for 3-4 minutes or so. Then pour into my mug.• Flavor is nice. It’s a light, fresh flavor. You can add a squeeze of lemon or some honey to it for more flavor. (Addition of lemon will change the color of the tea to more purplish)• Can be brewed day or night, as there is no caffeine present.• Flowers can be used as a blue dye as well.• Too many health benefits to list. Just look it up!• Recommend!
