Digital NcWide Angle Lens for Olympus TG-6, TG-5, TG-4, TG-3, TG-2, TG-1 (Includes Adapter)

This lens is remarkably high quality for the price. It expands the field of view 10-20% more than the overpriced Olympus fisheye lenses for the TG-6 and costs something like 1/5th the price. I was skeptical since there werent any reviews for this particular lens but I was blown away by the quality. I would like to note that it obstructs the flash but no more than the name brand TG-6 fisheye lenses. I would recommend these over the base lenses any day. It obviously wasn't made for the TG-6 since the inner threading is 52mm instead of 40.5mm but the adapter ring it comes with adequately solves that problem. For the price, one can't complain much though. It even comes with lens caps.

Purchased this lens because I didn't like the fish eye effect on the FCON-T01 and wanted a wider angle lens for my TG5.Already had the CLA-T01 lens adapter which is required for this lens. Just recieved the lens and it doesn't fit the adapter. See photo.

Dual wide angle and macro lens add-on. I have the Olympus TG-3. It comes with an adaptor that make it work as lens much larger than camera. other review said didn't connect. It will if you got adaptor. If not, contact and they'll get you setup.So stated doesn't overwhelm camera movement. Lens is crisp, adds quality to capturing nature photography. Great buy for price.

I recently bought the olympus TG6 and decided to purchase this extra accessory for the camera, a wide angle lens. Firstly the adapter it comes with does not seat properly and it rocks when you check it to see if its on properly, secondly i tried it out and water was caught inbetween the lens and the adapter… A waste of money as I live in Trinidad and it will not be worth it to ship to the US and get a refund. sigh… i absoutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ACCESSORY!!!

As noted by others:1. Build quality is good (says Japan on the lenses).2. Adds very little 'widening' to the image. So true that the lenses are ok but this isn't 'wide angle' at all (and I have a good comparison with Canon dSLR with 10-20mm Sigma lens - I like wide angle). So to begin with the wide angle is not really wide.3. Next, when the camera is at wide zoom setting (well, you want wide angle pictures don't you?) you get the lens itself in the image! (vignette). Take a look at the attached image...I purchased this lens so I could take the tg-6 I have as the sole camera to the trek I'm about to take and be able to take wide angle pictures there but apparently this lens will be of little use and its surely not 'hardened' for a trek so I wonder if I should even bother... :-(Had I knew this I would have not purchased this lens.
