Hungry For More?....Maybe.
I picked this up because it was Halloween and I thought...why the hell not. I put it in an watched it with a friend of mine b/c we both like cheesy sci-fi/horror films and I suppose in that regard the film did not disappoint. But I mean it never really rises above mediocrity, the creatures aren't overly terrifying, the characters aren't overly memorable. The scenario is pretty run of the mill, a group of people sitting in a bar enjoying a standard night of drinking and pool are interrupted by the ramblings of someone who stumbles in from out of the desert talking about creatures, he is of course dismissed until low and behold the creatures show up and average horror fare ensues. The set up is generic, if you've seen Evil Dead or even The Thing, the premise of people trapped in an isolated location battling creatures is standard. The movie to some extent capitalizes on this by giving us a "rundown" of the characters, where they fall in respective horror genres and their predicted life expectancy. Which I admit I got a good chuckle from, but the rest of the movie just sort of feel flat on itself. The only thing I will say is this, after watching Feast 1, while I admit neither myself nor my friend were overly impressed with the film we were curious as to what happened in Feast 2 & 3. So in that regard the movie is compelling enough to make you want to watch the second and third installments if for no other reason to see what happens to the characters etc which is why I say this is a 3 out of 5.I don't think after watching 1-3 you'll be compelled to watch them again soon, but I suppose for the cost, and what they are we can all just switch off and enjoy some mindless horror films and for that, they're worth keeping on the shelf for that rainy day when you just crave a horror film.Like I said I recommend as a shelf holder and seeing 1 does make you want to see 2 and 3, they're just nothing overly memorable and are average at best.

Delightful nonsense.
The first is a hoot from start to finish and, much to my surprise, so were the other two. The first stands alone but the second and third installments really go back to back. Got to love the midget wrestlers! A real winner for the price.

Disturbingly Amusing
I saw these years ago and had wanted to watch them again and this 3 pack was ideal.Twisted dark humor but oh so amusing. I don't even consider this a Horror movie, just a dark Comedy. The ending is.. lackluster.. but they admitted they didn't know how to end it, and given the tone of the rest of the movies what they did is somewhat appropriate.

definately original
saw this a while ago so decided to pick this up. it is definately a different movie on its own. i found the humor in it and i think the movie was more for s**ts and giggles than anything else and see what they could throw together to leave people kind of confused and ask why? to some things in it otherwise i enjoyed it for the most part i like the weird and strange kind of movies. it is definately worth a check out if anyone has never seen it before.

Feast was Great, but....
Feast, the original, was a great and entertaining film when I first saw it at my Uncle's house many years ago. Now when I found this trilogy I thought to myself, "Wow! There are 2 more Feast movies! I got to get this trilogy pack ASAP!!!" The disappointing thing about it was the two sequels to Feast were extremely disappointing compared to the first film. I liked the vibe and flow of the first film which was comical in the sense that a random group of people at a bar suddenly have to bond together to standoff and survive against a pack of alien creatures. In Feast there was always a character alive that seemed to have a clue at how to survive and what to do next. In Feast 2, there was no one you could look at as a hero character and the introduction of characters was done differently from the original which made it look dull to me, unless the actor did a good job of selling the intro - which like only one of them did as I recall it. In Feast 3, it sort of returns to the roots of this franchise introducing hero characters, but it still was not done well like the first.I recommend getting this just for Feast, but be warned the second and third movies are huge disappointments compared to the first if you are interested in checking them out.

GREAT FILTHY GORY FUN
All 3 of these are a ridiculous, disgusting, hilarious, strange action packed thrill rides full of grotesque gore and inappropriate behavior and bizarre happenings and gnarly dialogue- and stand as a unique trilogy in the of marvelous monster movies. So worth your time.

Feast 3 Pack
If you watched 1 & 2, this is a must see. I'm not sure if I would say it was a "happy" finish, but definitely an interesting one and it stayed in line with the theme of the trilogy, which to me is important. I hate when then change the story in a movie series. More gore, more gruesome humor. I must have laughed six straight minutes at just one dumb line in this one. It had me in tears from laughter. The end was a surprise and it actually left room for another, but I think John Gulager is done with this. I thought this was a worth watch trilogy.
