Almost 5 stars...
This is a great. sturdy turner with nice beveled edges. The only thing I don't like is that it is not properly balanced. I prefer to be able to set a spatula/turner down and have the metal end sit flat on the griddle while the handle stays in the air. This handle is too heavy, so when the turner is placed down, the handle end drops. Not a big deal, but you can't just place it down on the griddle when not in use. I may try drilling out some holes in the handle to see if I can get it balanced.

Item description says beveled side edges. Only one edge is beveled and that is the edge that faces up when you turn your wrists inward. So it would only work for left handers.
