These are very large pils. On top of that, you have to take 4 st a time,,,,um no. I would have taken them but 4 a day for 3 or 6 months is too much for me.

I have been taking these vitamins for about 5 months now. At about the 3 month period I almost stopped because they are so expensive. I decided to go ahead and give the vitamins 6 months. I felt like that should be long enough to start seeing some changes if anything was going to happen.I am so happy I stuck with it. At around the 4.5 month mark I really started to notice more fine baby hairs growing in. I have my hair cut all the time by the same stylist because I am so worried about people seeing how little hair I have. She asked me if I had started taking vitamins or doing something different because she noticed all the baby hair growth!!! It felt so good to hear that from her!I always wear my hair up and ensure all my thin/bald spots are covered up. I am never able to wear my hair down because it is so thin as a 36 year old woman I look like a 80 year old. I can happily report I have been able to wear my hair down because the fine hairs have started to fill in the thin/bald areas.I still do not have thick glowing Kardashian hair, but I am very pleased with my results. I recommend this product and will continue to use it. If you try it please stick with it for at least 6 months to really start seeing changes. I do wish it was more affordable so more women could be helped.

Unfortunate to receive empty and/or faulty item

I’ve reviewed several “hair vitamins.” At an average of $88 per bottle, the Nurtafol versions are far more expensive than other competing brands yet do include impressive ingredients. Like Hairtamin, these feature Biotin. As a B-vitamin, Biotin is believed by some to be great for hair, nails and skin. It’s trendy as a supplement but actual biotin deficiency is rare since it’s in so many foods such as beef, fish, nuts, eggs and seeds. Thus, if you are looking to beef up vitamin B primarily , go for a supplement only. Also included is a proprietary blend with several respected natural ingredients such as Knotweed with Resveratrol. Also of note is Ashwagandha. The Ashwagandha root is trendy these days and readily sourced in many products, including those for hair health. Did you know that it’s an ancient herb dating back to its use in India 6,000 years ago? Clinical studies have reinforced its regenerative effects yet, for realistic expectations, never expect miracles with hair-oriented vitamins.

I had been loosing hair at an alarming rate. I decided to try Nutrafol as it had great reviews. I have to say, the hair loss slowed down. I cannot say that I have had any new growth, but my hair does seem thicker. I have developed seriously curly hair.
