Household Essentials 24521-1 Glidez Bamboo 2-Tier Sliding Cabinet Organizer, 14.5" Wide, Wood

The product itself is made of heavy quality steel and runner works smoothly but the upper rack shakes a bit if I try to close it fast.

Was looking at updating and reorganizing the kitchen cupboards with out spending a fortune and I'm thinking these pull out selves are a good solution. I would suggest taking your time when installing these and follow the instructions carefully. Also important to check to make sure they will clear the doors hinges.

This is a great product, but it has a few problems that are easily fixed.The hardware that comes with it make the whole thing wider than 14.5". the screws stick out beyond the upright by about 1/4" on each side. It can easily be fixed by using M4 x 6mm metric screws, which might be tough to find. (see first photo). It would be GREAT IF THESE WERE INCLUDED, and this would get a 5+ star rating from me!Once assembled, it easily holds 50 lbs (second photo).Its a very snug fit into a 14.5" wide cupboard, but works beautifully well (3rd photo).I ended up putting a #6 wood screw through the side of the assembly into the side of the cupboard to add stiffness.The last photo shows the tight fit.I am very excited to get this cupboard more organized! The full extension slides are very nice. This will make this cupboard about four times more useful than before.

Would have given this 5 stars but had to return first unit when discovered one bin was totally deformed. However the replacement unit came only 4 days after telling amazon about the defect, and although the packaging was in rough shape the organizer was fine and had it installed and filled the next day. This is a sanity saver in an under sink cupboard which has been a subject of much cursing by all the family!! We're doing the happy dance now, one of the family even said they needed No Christmas gift now they had this!

There is nothing that I don't like about this sliding organizer. My dated kitchen was in need of an upgrade and this certainly did the job. My husband assembled and installed two sliding organizers with no issues. At long last my cookware is under my cooktop, within easy access where it should have been all along. I can not believe I waited all these years to do this. Okay, my husband did it but still it is awesome.

Very disappointed but can make do. The description states multiple time that the organizer is 14.5" wide. It is not. With the screws in to hold the organizer together, plus the end caps, the organizer is 15.25" - which was too wide for our cabinet. We will be able to make do, though, using a suggestion made for another area of the organizer. We will forego the end caps and add washers inside the slide bars so the screws don't stick out. This will only work because the screw holes of the parts all have the screw thread machined into them. Otherwise, the item is high quality.
