Having used all different types of 2 wheel dollies over my 50 Years, I have to say I am impressed. Having been a Mechanical Engineer in the Materials Testing realm, I have significant experience with all different types of materials. Those materials range from plastics to exotic metals used on satellites and spacecraft. Nylon is a fantastic material and is extremely strong and durable. I had no hesitation with this item being partially made of plastics. The weight difference is significant and this unit should outlast my lifetime and beyond.The pneumatic tires are perfect in size and tread for an item like this. The entire unit is easy to assemble and only takes a few minutes. I did opt to replace the small wheels with Poly wheels because I don't want to scratch up my floors if any small items get stuck in the nylon ones. That was a $13.00 upgrade done here through amazon. Just search item # B082F1FDNX . You will have to enlarge the wheel frame axle holes slightly as the diameter for the axle bolt is slightly larger. A step drill works perfectly or a 10mm drill bit will also work.All-in-all this is a very good unit for home or light industrial use. In fact, I am quite certain that this unit will perform equally or better than an all metal framed unit.

I have had this for 5.5 years. It's great! It's held up wonderfully and still does its job! I'm a delivery person, so it gets used.

Last year, college move in day was a day of handing my daughter's excessive amount of stuff to other college kids to move with me just following behind thanking them. This year, because of Covid, there was no move in crew nor my husband. It was just my daughter and I. Knowing she was going to have copious amounts of boxes and bags, we rented a U-haul since my SUV was just not big enough. I kept thinking back to last year's move in day and how easy it was for them using a flat bed type of trolley. When I discovered this product, I was a bit nervous but thought, what the heck. It's cheap and the reviews I read, outside of Amazon, were actually pretty good. My husband was dubious until it arrived. It was so easy to assemble and since our family had just moved to another state, I was using it to move boxes around the house. When I took my daughter to school, we packed up everything, including the dolly. When we arrived it allowed us to only have 4 trips to her room. IT WAS INCREDIBLE. I told my friends about it and showed them, guess what they bought for their kids move in day!!!! I truly can not say enough good things about this. I did get the 700 lb one. It was only a little bit more and I felt better about hefting some of my daughter's things. It was not very heavy and was easy for me to use. Last year I had two hand surgeries on my dominate hand. This has caused some weakness in my hand and moving this cart around was fairly easy for me to do.

I ordered a "used" version from Amazon. It appears someone had purchased and returned this item. It came in a big box. Inside the big box was the smaller, original packaging that had been taped up. And there was a random rod floating around. The rod was the axle that was probably originally missing, however the axle was the wrong part. Amazon's answer was ship the whole thing back just to get a new hand truck. It was a tiny piece the was missing!! I called the company directly and they sent me the correct part and the hardware to match. No hassle, no issues. So Amazon's customer service on this wasn't great, but Harper's was. The product is very good - sturdy, easy to use, and maneuvers smoothly. The instructions aren't very clear, but the assembly wasn't overly complicated. I would recommend this product.

I received one of these two days ago as I am planning on using it on a move soon. There are stairs to my basement and I have some heavy items I need to store down there. It only took ten minutes or so to assemble. The instructions came with holes in them but I really didn’t need them as there are few parts to assemble. The only tools I needed were a rubber mallet and a needle nose pliers for the cotter pins on the wheels. This hand truck is very sturdy. I bought a specialized stair-climber hand truck about 6 months ago, but it was not as sturdy. It was good for stairs, but not much else. The center of gravity where you tilt the load was far too low so it was hard to tilt. Also, the tray was a bit flimsy. In short, the ‘stair climber’ hand truck wasn’t that great for anything else but stairs and appears to have ‘disappeared’ in transit with the “professional” moving company, so I had to buy another hand truck. So glad I spent a few extra dollars and bought this one. The pneumatic tires on this one are large and it has a bar directly behind each wheel which will help enough on stairs. The tray is made much more sturdy and the price was very reasonable. I recommend this item.

Ok. I wasn't too sure of this when it arrived. The plastic main body was honestly off-putting. I had an old, large, stand up freezer in the garage I needed to get rid of. With covid, the electric company wasn't doing pickups. So I got hold of waste management and as long as I could get it to the curb, they would pick it up. So I ordered this to help me.Out of the box, the holes didn't line up. But don't worry, the just push in slightly and line up fine. Needle nose pliers to get the cotter pins in place are a benifit. Other than that assembly was pretty easy and straight forward.Surprise with my kids getting covid in the middle of them moving their appartment. I stepped in to finish the job for them. This really was the only way I could get that super thick futon mattress out of there. Laying it down for a dolly really did the trick and was super easy to move the yellow handle into position. Their mini stand up fridge wasn't too heavy to carry, but definitely too awkward. Using it in hand truck position really made moving it and getting it down the stairs much easier. Would have been better if I had a strap or bungee cord that fit around it.All in all. Super useful tool so far. Light, yet remarkably strong and versatile.

This is an awesome handtruck. I have both the 6” and the 10 “ one and they are indispensable.

The cart is great, it is nice and light. The handle can sometimes be a little fussy when switching back to upright but not enough to be a bother. Would recommend.

Muy ligero y gran resistencia en el trabajo rudo, soy contratista de mantenimiento y era lo que necesitaba para mover materiales como cemento, arena, grava, etc. Además cabe perfectamente en mi camioneta, totalmente recomendado.
