Q: How tall are the bottles?

hello, friend The body of the bottle is about 8 inch high~

Q: Can you use these bottles with hot liquid? how much liquid does each bottle hold?

Boiling hot liquid, like oil off a hot pan, I wouldn't; warm liquid that won't melt anything, I think it would be OK. The bottles can hold a good amount of sauce, more than I thought when I first bought it. It's roughly the same size as those yellow/red condiment bottles at a deli or restaurant.

Q: would these work for honey?

Should work very well for honey.

Q: Are rhese good for epoxy? The other ones i have the lid pops off if i squeeze a little hard

I have no idea about epoxy, but the tops do not pop off with a bit of squeezing. I have dish liquid in mine, so not as thick as glue, but still, they are pretty sturdy and the tops stay on for me.
