Was looking forward to trying out these recipes . But every one tried so far has been disappointing with mistakes . Great idea but poorly executed

There are lots of good recipes. Sturdy book. Easy to follow. Already planned cooking my meals for the freezer.

The book is well written and it goes into detail about how to freeze and batch cook each recipe. Unfortunately the recipes themselves are not very stimulating and the ones that sound great have a thousand very specific ingredients that I don't own
