My little boy liked to read this at night to try and settle him down to sleep, he liked the monster and the bit about the sock.

A lovely book for young children who feel scared of swings, the dark etc. Helping them to cope with their feeling better with explanations and support from their parents while reading the book. Feeling afraid is part of a child's development but learning how to cope with it is valuable skill for life.
