This is absolutely the best automotive tool I have ever purchased. The only negative to this product is that the hoses are made of a harder plastic and become less malleable at colder temperatures, so be careful not to break them. Perhaps EWK can make a more flexible hose for those conditions. I found it helped to preheat the hoses to eliminate any memory in the bend from packaging.My only regret is that I did not purchase this a decade ago.Oil changes done in under 20 mins without going under the car. Looking forward to doing the other fluids. Great work EWK on this product, it is exeptional. I recommend to spend the money and get one of these.

I used this to drain the oil utilizing the dipstick location on my GLE350. I used my air compressor rather than the manual pump and it drained all 7L+ of oil in about 20-25 minutes. Best part, no messy drain plug or drip pan. The Mercedes filter is replaced on the top of the engine. Super easy and you won’t regret getting one of these.

Both of my cars have a top oil filter. I’ve always gotten under the car to change oil and never really believed in these oil extractors. Getting older it’s gotten harder and harder to get under cars now so I started getting oil changed at shops. Prices have been getting out of hand at shops charging $120+ just because my cars are Mercedes.Finally bit the bullet and bought this 10.5L model because my GL Class takes 10L of oil. Used it the day it arrived on my E Class and I’m kicking myself for not getting one sooner. Plugged my air compressor into the extractor and it did all the work while I sat down and enjoyed the weather. Full oil change in 15 minutes and I didn’t even get dirty. 10/10 would recommend.

Got the 10 L because my car holds eight. Hooked air compressor to pump it up quick but I think it would have worked just as well with only the hand pump. It's not like you have to continually pump it. Once you have created a vacuum you can just let it sit for 5 or 10 minutes and I think that's about all it took because the engine was warmed up. Love it. Didn't need to buy the extra small hose attachment I thought I would need to fit down the narrow dipstick tube.

Worked like a charm on my 2020 Toyota Sienna v6 . Did not work on my 2004 Ram truck with 4.7l magnum v8 engine. Please understand, this extractor is awesome and built solidly. NO extractor would work with my Dodge - the dipstick tube has some sort of lip or blockage near where it mounts to the engine block that only allows the dipstick to get through and not the plastic extractor tube. So... just be aware that not all vehicles are compatible, but it's probably just a stupid Chrysler problem. The 4.7l magnum v8 is in several Chrysler products including some Ram trucks, Jeeps, Durangos, etc, so do your homework.
