I was confused at first since the assembly instructions included are not meant for this turner. I went and looked in the Amazon post and those instructions there were the correct ones and once assembled I fell in love. Super quiet and perfect speed.

Came within 2 days was very easy to put together and omg it’s sooo silent!! My other turner makes so much noise but this one is completely silent I love it!! Thank you!!

I’ve been using this turner for a few weeks now and I like it. I have 2 other single turners as well. This double turner goes both directions and turns a bit slower than my other turners. My only problem is that the screws and bolt that hold the pvc pipe in place are difficult to remove because they are so small and I have nails. My other turners I can easily remove the pvc pipe so that I’m not having to touch my cups to stand them upright. At the end of the day it’s not a huge deal and I just work knowing that I have to leave the cups on here spinning longer instead of standing them up once mostly dry.I also have to prop something under the base to make sure it’s level.

Works as it should

I was so excited to finally use this! It was easy to put together, and I immediately made my first Tumbler. The next day, it started making a grinding noise on the left side. It's worse counter clockwise than clockwise but it's absolutely obnoxious. I checked to make sure it was level, nothing was touching or blocking the spinner and it had the correct power sources.I have decided to purchase another spinner from a different company and when that arrives I will quit using this one. I only made 4 cups with it too. :( So bummed.

Too wobbly. When the tumblers are spinning it is not level / centered with the hole so it wobbles, which makes my tumbler to not have an even / fluid coat

I received this and at first thought, I'm missing stuff! I wasn't. They have changed the design slightly but the instructions that come with the cup turner are older. Go back to the page for the product and the correct instructions and pack list are in there. 5 stars - because honestly it really is great. I'd take off .5 star for the instructions but that was an easy fix. It is sturdy and comes with some extra "gifts". I was pretty excited about those. :) It went together pretty easily and I really have no complaints. I actually got some extra spare parts too! :)
