Excellent product. I successfully detected a faulty throttle body on a 2013 Chrysler 200 and reprogrammed it using the OBD2 scanner. Would highly recommend having this scanner.

Slightly disappointed with this scanner. I mainly bought this scanner to do brake jobs at my job (Avis car rental) although it is an upgrade from what I had previously which was a pocket scanner but the service option to disengage the EPB supports some cars not all and a common car is Chevy and it’s not an option to do service which is kind of a bummer. I tried it on a 2021 rav 4 and it didn’t work 2022 jeep compass and the 2022 Chevy malibu. Chevy isn’t an option and for jeep it only has it for the older models. In the picture above that’s what I got for the RAV4 maybe it could be that the car is too new at the end of the day I had to power probe the rear calibers to push the picton back which took longer. It’s a good scanner I would recommend it as a slight upgrade from a pocket scanner. I also forgot to add that I connected it to my pc and updated it and nothing changed sorry if this review seems like it doesn’t make sense I’m at work right now.

So far im very happy with this tool, it was easy to use and has helped me with fixing several cars. The unit itself is sturdy, altho alot lighter than i expected. Only con so far i cant seem to find Subaru in the list on the device, maby its just an update matter, I havnt tested it on my Subaru yet tho. I saw on their website that Subaru is in their supported vehicle list.

Got product to diagnose vehicles and be able to unlock parking brake on wife's 2018 Volvo XC60. Charged it up, downloaded updates and used 1 time on Volvo, and 1 time on 2015 RAM 2500. The unit will not recharge. Need to send back to manufacture for repairs or replacement. BUMMED! Product worked well but only for short period of time.

I like checking for faulty sensors. I want to sell my car. I have to make repairs from this scanner. I will try to replace the faulty sensors. I may keep the car. It's 20 years old. I can read most of the scans and I'm a novice. Better learn to make some repairs than taking it to the shop and get taken! I wanted to check on the transmission and evap. I know what I need to change based on the live data. So much of it which is great. I'm happy with this purchase.

Make sure you read this in the description: "Autel MD808 PRO only works on some cars made from 1996 to 2015 (with 16-Pin OBD-II Port)." If you want to use it for cars that are 2016 or newer then you should get a different scanner.
