Good belt for the average lifter
So far, this belt has been great. I did have to re-order a size larger. A large fit me, but the strap wasn’t long enough to secure the belt. It feels like a sturdy belt. And is great for what I use it for.

A review for the average person
I'm not a bodybuilder by any means but exercising hurts a lower back injury I got a few years ago. This belt helps hold everything in place, no more back pain after my workouts. Quality seems good, the hook and loop holds tight but it will eventually give out as Velcro just breaks down after enough uses. I'm pretty satisfied.

Solid Support with Comfortable Fit
I’ve been using the RDX weight lifting belt for a few weeks now, mainly for squats and deadlifts, and overall I’m really impressed. The 6.5” padded back support offers great stability, and the auto-lock mechanism feels very secure. It’s easy to adjust and stays in place throughout my workouts without digging in or feeling restrictive.The materials seem durable and well-made—definitely suitable for moderate to heavy lifting sessions. I like the sleek gray color too, it looks clean and professional.The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the Velcro could be a bit stronger for really intense lifts—it holds fine for now, but I wonder how it’ll wear over time. Still, a great value for the price and a reliable belt for both beginners and intermediate lifters.

Comfortable but I couldn't get it tight enough
I really wanted to like this weight belt and it was very comfortable and did give good support but with the clasp I just could not make it as tight as I wanted for doing squats. Ended up taking it back with absolutely no hassles and love the RDX brand. I ended up getting one of their leather weight belts and absolutely love it. Overall this brand is a good quality brand at a very reasonable price compared to what you would get other stuff for of a comparable quality. At least in my opinion.

Awesome Lifting Belt.
I bought a medium and it fits my size 30 inch waist perfectly. Great support during my squats and leg press movements. Highly recommend.
