After reading all the glowing reviews I was looking forward to this book. But I was sadly disappointed with it. I'm sure there are some interesting ideas and useful advice hidden somewhere in this book. However the layout was poor, writing average and the core ideas were not easy to pick out from the padding in the text. Save your money and spend it on a book that has been professionally written, edited and produced.

I absolutely loved reading this book, it has been such a fantastic tool to me in my career since the first page. As women, I believe we all encounter imposter syndrome at one time or another and this book stops you from feeling alone and this in itself instils confidence. Alongside this, the content and advice within this book is super useful, I found it particularly handy to be able to read about and identify the different leadership types, as at the time I was in a team of managers and I worked completely differently and it felt like I was doing it wrong until I read this book and I just realised what my style was and how to own this. I would recommend this to any woman in a managerial/corporate position looking for a bit of guidance, it will completely transform your thinking and build confidence in yourself. You got this girllll!

Absolutely fab read! I work in management in the NHS and so many great pointers that will guarantee to help me in my career and manage my team more effectively. Chapter 6 was a stand out favourite for me with a few pointers I will be implementing at work to help both myself and my team to grow in confidence. I have friends in mind I will definitely be purchasing this book again for!!
