Kaiser La Forme Plus Frankfurt ring mould, Black

Packaging and content arrived in pristine condition. The mold works very well. After buttering and flouring it the cake slid right out and was nice and evenly baked and browned. My only disappointment was that the promised recipe booklet was not included and since it is an 11-cup mold my original vintage recipe does not quite fill the mold and the cake is on the smaller side. I feel as if there might be a specially proportioned recipe to fit this mold. But that is minor and does not affect the performance of the mold which is outstanding.
