So I have a bit of background with capture cards having used almost every card in the market back when I did corporate live streaming for a living. With that said I was hesitant to pick this up for my personal projects as it is more ports and expense than I wanted but when my elgato failed to boot windows on my rendering server I fell back to what I knew was the best option. Needless to say it worked perfectly and I have room for expansion down the line as I grow.

Product shipped a week earlier than expected, had an issue and customer support called me within 10 minutes to resolve the issue. Easily installed in a Mac Pro and once you install the drivers from Blackmagic support and restart it works great. I’m able now to sell 4 cam link 4k units at nearly $200 each. 4k 60 works with nearly imperceptible lag. Happy customer.

Here's a video showing some close ups and a basic explanation of the Quad HDMI.As long as you don't have any fan issues, this is an awesome card and is perfect for recording 4K 60 FPS uncompressed video footage.It may seem like overkill for game capture but capturing PS5 or Xbox Series X in 4K 60FPS uncompressed 10 Bit 4:2:2, editing and then only having one stage of destructive encoding to 8 Bit 4:2:0 for your YouTube masters, simply gives you stunning YouTube streams.Cheers,David Harry.
