Gli utensili sono validi e soprattutto in teak come nella descrizione dell'articolo MA c'è una cosa da far sapere soprattutto ai giovani: non è sufficiente lavarli prima dell'uso ma consiglio di farli bollire qualche minuto. Infatti l'acqua diventa marrone e loro ritornano grezzi ma ottimi per cucinare. Penso che gli sia stato dato l'olio per il teak ma non credo sia ottimale per i ragù e simili. Questo è il mio modesto parere.

I love this rice scoop. I have been getting rid of as much plastic as possible and this was a great purchase. I have added a food grade oil to the surface to keep it from drying out - but that’s what you have to do to all wood utensils and cutting boards.
