Signature Housewares Sorrento Collection Set of 4 Pasta Bowls, 8-Inch, Aqua

I ordered these because I have a thing for dinner bowls. I just love eating out of them. I read reviews that they chip easily and don't last long in the dishwasher however they have done remarkably well for me. We've washed them in the dishwasher everyday since and they are holding up nicely.

So basically I'm a gigantic idiot. I recently managed to break three of these same exact bowls that my wife had purchased years ago while in college - back in a time of her life when purchasing a nice heavy stoneware bowl makes you feel just a little bit more like a grown-up, even if you're sleeping on a futon in an apartment with 6 of your friends and still drink beer out of red plastic cups.Thank God for Amazon! After hours of frantic searches all across the internet, I returned to the place that I thought least likely to sell a plateware design that must be over a decade old - and WHAM! With a single click of the mouse, Amazon prime had a well packaged and very well timed delivery of spousal salvation heading my way.In all seriousness, if you are looking for these bowls by modle number, the listing is very accurate but please note that the manufacturer has created new molds and if you are matching, say, one surviving bowl from your wife's sentimental collection of College crockery - you will notice that the pattern is much more pronounced on the new bowls then on previous runs of this product. the color is a perfect match although good luck getting the four tiny white stickers off the base of each bowl, if I got my fingers manicured regularly I would have definitely have damaged my nails trying and after several washes in the dishwasher the stickers are still intact!also intact is my relationship with my wife thanks to this product listing and Amazon's speedy delivery!

I bought two sets. We use them all the time as cereal bowls with my dishes are too small. I serve with salad, chicken and biscuits, etc. Also nice to use for entertaining ...appetizers, serving dishes. Love the color as they match my aqua dish set perfectly. They stack as shown too. Hope the company makes some matching serving platters and large serving bowls.

There was a sale at a local store, in store, 40% off housewares so I just walked through and was not interested in anything. Then I saw this bowl. I loved the color and shape. 90% of my dishes have come from Goodwill over the years. However the price was right so I bought one. I fell in LOVE with it the more I used it! Great to mix my salad in without spilling over the sides. I make things like a Tostadas salad and now my beans are on one side the the rest on the other. I can have various veggies around the bowl for dipping. I really LOVE the bowl and so found this set on line, same color, however, must sturdier. My original one lost a chip the first week. These I am sure, with care, will last a long time! No more stuff falling off a plate or buried too deep in my other bowl! Love them!

Am sooooooo happy with this purchase. Was nervous bcuz they were a bit expensive for me and I wasn't sure they were what I was looking for but no regrets at all. Bowls are beautiful and fit tons of food. I prefer eating out of a bowl like this but normally they don't hold enuf. These hold a ton, way more food than I normally eat lol but I love having the extra room. I also love that they don't get too hot in the microwave. Yes bowls will be hot where the hot food is but you can still pick up where there's not hot food around the edges and such. I have another set very similar to these, microwave safe but omg they get so hot it's ridiculous, not these though. I also love that they are so heavy and beautiful. Of course, versatile as well, can be used as serving bowls or as big plate bowls.

I love these and we have used them for everything. Great for salads..green salads, crab salads, taco salads. Good for soups and stews and perfect for spaghetti night. Also good for sandwiches and a side of fruit or chips and a pickle. They are weighted so not going to slide off your lap if your eating dinner on the sofa. Great for deserts as well. BlackBerry cobbler and ice cream is what we used them for. The color is perfect and pairs nicely with my plain white dishware and my colorful fiestaware. I also like when I heat something in the microwave in them they didn't get scalding hot but my food got hot. They are also easy to clean. I ordered 4 and I am purchasing 4 more I love them that much! You won't be sorry that you own these. I just love them!!🥰

These bowls are beautiful and hold plenty of portions I'm really happy with them they're exactly what I needed, however my biggest advice would be that you premix your salad in a larger bowl and then plate them into these just because the edges while are not super shallow, I tend to keep spilling parts of my salad while I'm trying to mix in the bowl. They are a beautiful red color definitely more towards burgundy tone than an orange red. They have held up just fine so far and haven't chipped or broken easily, I eat a lot of salads so I'm using them frequently. I was worried that these would be too small and the whole point of buying them was I was tired of all the small bowls we have not being big enough for a large salad dinner.

These bowls are beautiful! Heavy, great color, and detail. The are a bit heavy but that’s fine because I feel like that speaks to the quality. The aqua is so pretty, pulls a bit more turquoise which I prefer. I love the minor antique glaze paint on these. They hold SO much food! The packaging is a little wonky but they were unharmed. Open them outside because the styrofoam was just everywhere. But I recommend these bowls! Great quality for the price! Honestly, I’m surprised they’re not more!
