Best business book
There are many "best business books" in one's professional life, this is the one for me right now. Not "the best business book" right now if you are leading teams of less than 20 and not planning to grow in the near future. But for those who are struggling to deal with scale, you follow the path of fellow Andy who is also struggling and learn with him how you could become a Lean Manager. Inspiring and so to the point!

Great continuation of The Goldmine
A great follow on from the first book. It didn't 'grip' me straight away as the first book did - this is more of a 'slow burn' ; but I'm glad I stuck with it as it delivered even more great insights into the world of lean management. Buy this book if you want to learn more about lean.

Lean Transformation is all about PEOPLE
The media could not be loaded. Learning about Lean Transformation through a novel was much more interesting than reading business/management 'concepts'. The book brought the philosophy of mean transformation to life!Anyone that manages, leads or works with people will gain great insights by reading this book.Christine Brown-QuinnAuthorStep Aside Super Woman

If you’re looking for a real-life Lean, this is you book
This book brilliantly describe how an insecure manager (at first) completely changed an automotive plant guided, mainly, by its CEO (Lean expert) and his own mistakes. You’ll find here some lean practices that ‘Andy’ applied to (try to) turn his factory around. Great read.

It's all about people...
This 'novel' style explanation of the Toyota way really emphasises the most important factor in successful lean deployment - people. For that alone I would give it 5 stars, but it is also an easy read with fairly realistic characters and scenarios which is a bonus in this style of business book. Thoroughly recommend for anyone interested in lean.

I've read many books on Lean / Lean Agile, but this really is one of the very best.
Is actually a proper novel. Covered so many different areas, I learned so much, and yet didn't go on too long.I am intrigued and want to read more by the authors and in this series.
