Post Surgery Tearaway Pants - Men's - Women's - Unisex Sizing

I purchased these pants to wear after my recent hip replacement surgery and I'm glad I did. They arrived quickly & didn't have any faulty snaps at all (I snapped & unsnapped all of them prior to washing and not a single one fell off). I wore them home hours after surgery and the nurse thought they were great; she said she wished more patients had them! I also wore them a few times shortly after the procedure. They made getting dressed so easy, no bending- just slide the front & back between your legs (think diaper-like), snap each side at the waist, work your way down each side, and you have pants. The fabric is a bit thick but is soft on the inside. I'm 5'7', approx. 125lbs and purchased a size Medium which were very roomie for me & skimmed the ground - I wouldn't have wanted them any longer (tripping hazard). Very happy I decided to purchase these!

Perfect for my dad after his hip replacement surgery. It can be hard to bend down & maneuver - these made it easy to dress! I bought similar (cheaper) pants from TJMaxx, unfortunately the brand was crappy & the buttons popped open every time he moved. I read the reviews on here & decided to order them just in case his regular clothing didn’t work. Glad we had them! Runs a bit small, plus after surgery you want them a little big - so when in doubt, size up. If you’re getting any sort of work on your hip/knee/leg - buy these (and the shorts)!! Worth the money.

I bought these for my mother because she’s dealing with edema in her legs and feet. She has to have her legs and feet wrapped and unwrapped frequently so these pants make it much easier to do. I wish these were available in women’s sizes because my mom is petite so these are too long but she has them pinned up. They’re great quality and the soft fleece on the inside is very comfortable against your skin.

Bought these for hip surgery. The snaps were the same color as material (grey) so they aren't obvious and look like a design.Not quite as heavy as fleece sweatpants but heavier than nylon or jersey joggers. Nice fabric.The BEST idea yet for...external fixator (Halo brace) on your leg...bulky leg casts or bandages...wearing a bulky ice pack on leg after injury ..and best of all, medical staff can look at any incision up to the waist without patient having to totally undress! And, of course, these would be awesome for anyone in a wheelchair.These are much cheaper than the ones i bought from an adaptive clothing specialty shop..and the only pair that weren't too long on my 5 ft 6 inch frame.

I bought these for my dad who has a fractured hip. We have to have them. I even ordered them twice after the first order was lost in shipping. When a pair finally arrived 4 snaps broke after the first time we took them off. After the second wash two more snaps fell off in the washer.Because this will make my father more comfortable I'll keep buying them but I'm very disappointed with the quality of this garment.

This pant was exactly what my son needed. He had nothing to cover his leg and ankle after surgery until these. The snap away is perfect!

The pants are EXTREMELY comfortable, soft and easy to pull on and off. I've washed and dryed them twice and, had no problems with the snaps. No snaps were damaged or lost. They're perfect for ice treatments. Luckily, I bought two pairs because I won't take them off.I'm 5'6 and weigh 222 lbs. and bought a 2xl. I have to pull them above my navel, lol, but I don't step on them and the pockets are a blessing!

I ordered these pants because I was having total knee replacement, and my physical therapist needed quick access to my knee. I’ve worn them three times a week for the past two months, washing them at least twice a week, and they’ve held up. I’m 5’2”, 170 lbs., normally wear a women’s size 10-12 in pants, and the large fit perfectly. Not too long either. Definitely a good investment.

Great while recovering from hip replacement. Arrived quickly and is good quality. Washes well. Will be purchasing the shorts when the weather improves.UpdateWashed once after the last review and a snap fell off in the washer. All previous washes were on a gentle cycle and hung to dry. Total of 3 washes should not cause this to happen.Satisfaction has turned to disappointment.

I purchased my first pair of Renova Post-surgery Pants in early March as I am having knee replacement surgery in a couple of weeks. I wanted 2 pair so I would always have a clean Pair available, but after reading reviews about size ordered just 1 pair to check size. The first pair arrived and I was very pleased so I ordered the second pair. I had already washed and shortened the first pair so put the second pair in to the wash and hung them to dry. When I went to shorten them, I found that half of 3 snaps was pulled out of the fabric. I was very disappointed but since I had already washed them & I need them, I could not return them. I will find a way to make them wearable but will not order them again or recommend them to others. And I hope the remaining snaps plus those on the first pair will not pull off when I really need them!!!!

They fit well and are great for my grandmother who has boot casts on both feet and needs pants like this. However, while trying them on the button at the waist pulled from the fabric and can’t be snapped shut again. We ordered these for her first excursion out and now we can’t really use them...

I ordered these pants for my mom, she is in palliative cancer care and is now unable to get out of bed or dress herself. These are a good idea for her, but the first time we undid the buttons to put them on her, two button snaps fell off - before she even had them fully on. Another snap came off the first time we removed the pants. Very disappointing purchase.

Se utilizo con un abuelito con operación de cadera, la tela muy bien, no es ni gruesa ni delgada, con suficiente grosor para que estén frescos pero sin que pasen frío, los botones laterales ayudan mucho pues parados se quitan y se ponen, muy cómodo cuando se trata de una persona con poco movimiento o uso de pañal.
