A Wild Ride
Troy and Nicole have the perfect relationship of being friends with benefits, no strings attatched and no emotions. That is until Nicole steps back and takes a look at her life. She has sisters who are married and with children and realizes that it is time for her to stop the "partying" and get serious with life. Nicole decides the only way for her to get serious is to get rid of Troy.Troy is loving life and doing his thing with Nicole and the best part is that no one knows about them and their fun...not even her brother who is his best friend. It isn't until Troy see's Nicole walk into the bar with another guy that he wants to know what is going on.This book which is sadly the last in the Thompson series is a good way to end. The relationship between Troy and Nicole is one that readers can connect with. Watch these two decide what it is they both want and if being together and what they want is both going to work. I highly recommend this book, Vivian Arend has not disappointed her readers with this great read.....get ready for this Wild Ride!

Good, as always
I love this author and her Rocky Mountain people is a fascinating selection of different personalities. I really liked Troy and the description of him as a rainbow was accurate. Nicole is a strong and decisive women so Troy has to prove he is more than people see on the surface. No unnecessary descriptions of surroundingsGood dialoguesLove scenes that gets more intense the more they realise how they feel about each other.I love this story 5 stars for a story that had me for a wild ride!!

A fitting conclusion to this series
A fitting finale to the Thompson series. Troy is the one most often overlooked—the peacemaker, the caretaker. He meets Nicole who is looking for the same things her sisters have found—marriage and family. But she has reservations about Troy as a husband and father. Ms. Arend brings everything full circle in wrapping up the series—including that HEA for Troy and Nicole. As with all her books, Ms. Arend is insightful about people and relationships. She pulls you into their story with her prose. Enjoy.

Loved it
I loved this series and this was a great end to it, Troy Thompson, as the youngest of the Thompson sons is sowing his wild oats, or is it sowing when it's always the same girl, but nobody knows it? Nicole Adams is his roommate's twin sister so they keep it a secret, but now she wants a serious relationship so she has told him their games are over and she is looking for a man to settle down with. Why can't that man be him? He has a good job at the family garage and he is crazy about her and if it's kids she wants, he'll think about it.I'm going to miss the residents of Rocky!

A great book
This was a great series. I'm sorry this is the last one. This book just shows you, you can't judge a book by it's cover, or in this case, the man. Everyone thought Troy was a slacker, never serious or reliable. Nic saw something in him even though she wouldn't admit it. She was happy with their relationship as it was, sneaking around to have sex. Or was she? Her sisters were having babies and she wanted that to. Can Troy convince her he's the one for her? Will Nic let her instincts take over and give Troy a chance? If you haven't read the series, what are you waiting for. This is a must read.

Troy and Nicole
Troy was part of the Thompson repair garage family. And Nicole knew Troy because her brother Mike was his best friend. Needless to say, they were fooling around for a while before Nicole announced that she wanted to find someone to start a family with. Well, lots of things happen real fast, but HEA eventually come knocking.

A Wild Ride
Oh WOW! What a way to end a series! The only Thompson left to find his true love. Troy was seeing Nicole on the sly & when she wanted more, she thought she would find it in someone else. Troy may have known before Nicole that they were meant for each other. The accident was a very traumatic scene. I am happy that it turned out happily. I am also happy her family finally came around to accept Troy. I am happy that these two finally got their happily ever after! Great job Vivian! I would recommend this book & series.

I liked this book a lot, page turner, well written. From romp to romance.Nicole & Troy have a friend's with benefit's kinda thing going on...never in my experience does this end without someone getting feeling's.When Nicole decides she wants to settle down & think about a family of her own,Troy realises he doesn't want to be lose her. She's hesitant to commit to something serious between them as he's known as a bit of a 'Jack the lad' & resistance from her family which don't approve as he doesn't seem 'the family type' felt true to life.We get to see different sides of his personality throughout the book, backstory &funny moments like when he tries to hamper her dating a co-worker & when she goes speed dating - I had to laugh. When he babysits for her sister's ankle-biters it's enough to send a woman into 'hormone overdose' so cute. There's a twist near the end that changes her family's perception of him, nicely finished off.
