Optimum Nutrition Creatine 2500 Caps

I am a fan of creatine, however this one was giving me chest cramps while using. Enough that I was worried about a heart attack. It was the most recent thing added to my day, so it was the first removed, Took about 5 nights, but no more chest cramps.

I have friends who seem to like this product but my experience was that it didn't agree with my system.

very timely delivery. no complaints whatsoever. Creatine is a great suppl for weight lifters. The capsules are the usual big size, no suprise there.

The product description says 2,500 caps…. It comes with 100… what am I paying $40 for???? Insane that this is allowed. Should be illegal

takes two caps just for 2.5g so any lifter taking 5-7.5g per day will have to take 4-6 caps just for a daily dose .. This does not take into consideration a loading week during a cycle where you take 25g a day to reload after a break .. I love the concept of just taking my creatine in a pill but this pills suck for both the price, size of the pills, and the amount of pills u have to take just for a single daily dose .. Dont be a sheep and get the 4.4lb powder keg
