From the Manufacturer 24oz Milled Face, 19" Curved Hickory Handle

The. Absolute. Best.
All I can say is exactly what led me to buying this, again...I have had a Dead On framing hammer for over a decade. The only reason I even had to replace it is because I moved across country and lost my last one. I've used other hammers. Not one has ever lived up to the standard that this one set for me. The durability, quality, even just the feel of it in your hand, everything about it makes it the perfect hammer.I've never managed to break one, but if by some miracle I do, I will be replacing it with the exact same thing.I'll be happy to give any others a shot, but so far nothing has been good enough to replace my dead on.

Disappointing
Worked fine for about a month, then handle snapped right at the head. I will admit I took my time getting around to contacting the manufacturer, but it was because I just grabbed another hammer from the store because... Work... So contacted them, only have a year warranty and kinda just meh. Don't bother with it. Just another hammer, that's seems under weight again...

Eight years and going strong.
I've been using this hammer practically non-stop for the last eight years - everyone on the job site knows it's mine. It has torn down buildings and put up new ones, and about the only thing that has worn out is the paint on the handle. No, you don't use it for tapping in finishing nails into a teak jewelry box. It will mar and crush everything in its path. But if that's what you want, and in rough carpentry and demolition it usually is, this hammer is the best I've ever seen.

Worthless
I rarely go out of my way to wright bad reviews if I don't like a product, I just won't buy it ever again. This hammer however has got to be the worst I've ever seen in 20 years of construction. After day one of nailing the "longer lasting" mill face is flat. Day 2 pulling the same nails out, the claw snaps in half. Seriously an 8 dollar hammer at the local mom and pop shop is worth much, much more..... where is the -star option, one is an overstatement. Not even a week and it's to the trash, shame.
