Evens quality is second to none
I’ve used Evans heads exclusively for decades. I’ve traditionally used coated G1 heads on toms. But I wanted a bit more ring control for the studio without having to use any extra deadening. These heads fit the bill perfectly. And there is surprisingly little difference in the tone from the G1 coated heads with o-rings to the EC2 clear.These are likely my new go-to heads for toms.
