I wanted to love this, but there are a few issues:1. I thought the belt was attached to the vest . WRONG!!! it comes on and off.2. When I put the belt on, MY ROLLS SPILLED OUT!!! This was not designed for women that dont already have an hourglass figure and no back or belly rolls.3. My lower belly fat, muffin... muffinNeedless to say, I sent it back... smh

I love that this product instantly slims me, perfects my posture, and all before I even START my work out! It's helped me drop an extra few inches within a matter of a few weeks! Item came right on time. It is a 2 piece, as others have stated. It also has a smell. The instructions says (1) Before wearing- Wipe down Hot Shapers with a damp cloth before initial use. Use a clean cloth to dry off or air-dry overnight. I wore it over a long-sleeved shirt. I guess I'm between sizes, because the shirt part fits ok, but the belt is a little tight, but maybe it is supposed to be, lol. I have only worn the shirt, while walking; next week I'll try it with the belt. The only thing I don't like is the price. Would I recommend? Yes

The Hot Shapers Cami fit well and definitely increased my sweat while working out. I was worried that it would move or roll up during my workout, but it stayed put the entire time. Just make sure you have a change of clothes for after your work out, because I was covered in sweat. I would definitely purchase again.

As a new mom (of a 2 year old), I’ve been actively looking for ways to get my body back into shape. I’ve had this shaper for a few weeks and so far I’ve been thrilled with how it has helped support and shape my waist area! The cami is a thick, foamy material that reminds me of a light wet suit, and the combination of it plus the waist trainer makes me feel well-supported. I like to wear it both around the house and to the gym and like the increased sweating that I do as a result! Regular wear makes me aware of how I hold my mid-section, and I hope it helps with long-term waist definition!

Does not fir well! And I bought 2 sizes over my regular size and it is still small! The belt it came with rolls up! WASTE OF MONEY!

I purchased the extra small. My waist is about 27 inches. It rolls up a little if you have hips and are on the curvy side. Possibly because my torso is short as well. I could pair it with some high waisted compression leggings. Also I’ve only used it a few times and the logo on the cincher belt peeled right off... it’s just ok. Great idea but not worth the price for me.

I love it I am 6'1 it feels nice but the only reason I am giving it 4 starts is because it doesn't cover my entire belly I have gotten the size XL but maybe if I had gotten the XXL it would have covered my entire belly.

La parte del chaleco me quedo un poco grande lo cual es conveniente a la hora de quitarlo ya q no se te pega aunque esté súper mojado y el q traiga el resorte es un extra bastante bueno ya que tú lo ajustas a tu gusto y a las zonas q quieras trabajar mas.Lo que más me encanto es que te hace sudar bastante
