It came to small because that's the only size they had....but didn't tell me I needed and ordered xl I got l and I couldn't get it OFF

I've had issues in the past with the weight distribution of more traditional weight vests or ankle weights, which often lead to chafing or being off balance. The larger surface area of the weights in the Powersuit, combined with the closer fit seems to solve those issues for me, as they don't seem to concentrate a significant mass in one small surface, nor does the suit bounce or shift as much as something chunkier.It's not the heaviest suit especially for the bulk, but I was able to wear it for about two hours with none of the other issues I have had with other weighted wearables. My only gripe is that it is a little difficult to don/doff, but that's at most an extra two minutes. Comparatively, because I could wear it much longer than the heavier vest which rubs me raw in about thirty minutes, I could spend more time getting my butt kicked by the Powersuit and less time kicking myself for bringing a vest that I never seem to be able to wear for a full run.

This weighted onesie will definitely take the intensity of your training to the next level. Suit fits true to the size chart, so go up a size if you're on the line so the zipper doesn't pop. Keep clothing light worn underneath suit to minimize friction and pulling at the seams of the suit. Overall though, suit is very effective and satisfied with purchase.

I bought it for my son 2 months ago. He was using it not often at all, 2 x a week and not from beginning but this last month. I couldn’t believe that I payed this much for to be ripped like this. It’s highly robbery.
