*UPDATED REVIEW*I have always used remanufactured inks because new costs 4x more, and my printer is VERY old and honestly I don't want to hassle with looking for a new one.I don't recall the previous brand I used, but no complaints on this one. I have actually printed several photos this year off it, all came out GREAT except once in a while I'd get a magenta "drip" which could simply be because my printer is OLD and has bladder leaks . .. LOLI am on my second round of buying these inks, definitely a God-send since I am teaching now and printing tons of papers out.You CANNOT beat the price.*original review*Easy to pop in, and off you go! The media could not be loaded.  Doesn’t matter how many times you put them in and take them out, some of them just don’t work. It’s not worth the money for the few that work. You don’t always immediately need to replace them as soon as you buy them, so kinda hard with a 30 day return policy to get your money back. As luck would have it, I didn’t need the black until well after I had to replace colors. One of the blues didn’t work and I had to replace it as well. Tried the black and no matter what I did to it, my printer couldn’t RECOGNIZE it. Did the only smart thing…replaced it with an Epson!!!

I purchased this same brand ink 9 months ago and 3 of them functioned fine.This purchase is the opposite, the printer will not recognize the cartridge. I tried all the suggestions written on the enclosed leaflet but nothing worked. The paper said contact them at the place listed on it, but there is no contact info. I searched and found no way to contact the seller.These cartridges are not compatible with my Epson printer.The package has been returned for a refund.I wound up going to a retail store and purchasing OEM ink, which works perfect.
