Ultra Joys Custom Pet ID Tag - Personalized Brushed Stainless Steel Heart Dog Tag - Rose Gold Small

Ordered two tags from Ultra Joys. USPS lost the first shipment. I requested a replacement order instead of refund. When replacement arrived an incorrect phone number was engraved on one of the tags. I called Ultra Joys and spoke with a very helpful and understanding lady who I believe is the owner. She looked up my Amazon order and found I made an error on one tags phone number. Never the less she willingly offered to send out another tag and refused my offer to pay for it. I thanked her then and again here, thank you very much. I highly recommend this company to all. Oh yes, the I.d. tags are top quality.

Okay... So, I have very mixed feelings about these.I initially ordered the large black bone and small silver hexagon together. A little later, I ordered a large silver bone for a third pet.The first two I ordered arrived.The black bone is accurate to what I ordered and generally looks very nice. As shown in the picture, the text is not fully filled in on either of the "Rs", but I figure it's going to get beat up anyway.The tags are thick and have a nice weight to them that makes them feel like a quality product.The hexagon tag was supposed to say "Mr. BABADOOK" with a cross symbol as it is for a different pet. Okay, there was a mix-up. It happens.I contacted the seller and they were extremely prompt and helpful about correcting the error.Next day, my second order with the silver bone arrived.Well... The name is correct, but it has the double pawprint image "P2" instead of the heart outline "P12" that I had actually ordered.It's also a little marred on the upper right as shown in the photo. Again, I'm not too concerned about the damage since I know it's going to get beat up over time, but it's still something to note in case you ever plan on ordering one of these as a gift or as a pendant.I get the idea that the orders are being rushed through so quickly that a lot of mistakes are being made in the process. Haste makes waste and so on.They're generally nice looking tags, but now I feel like I'm rolling the dice with each order.I WAS confident the hexagon replacement was going to be perfect, but now I'm just wondering what text, font, or design combination I'm going to get this time.It's a shame, because they are very nice in theory.

We needed an ID tag for our new puppy. She had her shelter ID tag and her rabies tag, but, we needed something with her name and information. I liked that there was a wide range of shapes, colors, and fonts. It came out better than I expected. I love that it came in rose gold. It was also reasonably priced.

Arrived today and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the tag - heavier than we thought and just the right size. Legible font on the back, even in a small font. Very nice tag.

My girl had lost her dog tags and a replacement was needed. This fit the bill perfectly. It is well done; exactly as I had indicated in the order. So glad I made the purchase.

It came quickly and well packaged in a soft pouch. My boy enjoys his new jingle. With the backside as well, came out amazing quality, no scorching, scratches, or smearing. Small was plenty big enough for my 17lb mini schnauzer.

This tag is significantly thicker and higher quality than the others we have ordered. It came personalized exactly as previewed, and I appreciate that there were two different size split rings included with the tag. Super cute and functional.

This tag is beautiful and simple. We got the black tag for our dog’s extra collar. I wasn’t expecting it to look as good as it did when it came in. My partner and I were impressed with how nice it looked; and would order from here again if we needed a new tag. We’ve had this tag a few months and the finish is holding up well.
